A Season of Support

This year’s fish fries have brought more than strong attendance. With crowds nearing 300 each week, the parish hall has been filled with energy and steady support from the Sacred Heart community. Brother Knights have stepped up in a big way, volunteering their time to keep things running smoothly from start to finish. What began as a Lenten tradition has quickly grown into something the parish looks forward to each week.

That same generosity has carried into the Baby Bottle Drive, a Knights of Columbus initiative that began the weekend of February 21 and 22. With collections still being counted, donations have already exceeded $18,500 and are expected to surpass $20,000. It is a clear sign of a parish willing to support meaningful causes. Together, these efforts reflect a strong and engaged community that continues to show up when it matters.

Moments like these offer a clear picture of what makes a council strong. It is not just the success of a single event or campaign, but the steady presence of members and parishioners who are willing to take part and support one another. That consistency builds trust, strengthens relationships, and creates something that goes beyond any one season. It is the kind of foundation that allows both the council and the parish to continue growing together.
